I discovered the concept of terroir in the Burgundy region. I wanted to bring you wines from the Bordeaux region with this same interpretation, by developing and adding value to under-exploited micro-terroirs. In other words, I wanted to create wines that have the taste of the particular plot of vines from which they hail.

I scoured the vineyards of Entre-Deux-Mers in search of the perfect plot in which to express the purest expression of the Cabernet Franc. And I found it: a plot on clay-limestone soil with a balanced water supply which, combined with careful vineyard management, allowed me to obtain perfectly ripe grapes. Vinified without added sulphur, the wine boasts a bright, fresh fruit and lovely soft tannins.
