why
Emile Peynaud’s book “Le Goût du Vin” sparked my passion for wine. It also inspired the creation of this wine and the quest for new wine flavours, adding several grape and terroir profiles together in a new and original equation.
This wine reveals an intense, typically Sauvignon nose, followed by a wonderfully broad palate that combines the citrus (grapefruit) character of the Sauvignon from the Bordeaux terroirs with the more exotic notes (mango) of the Sauvignon from the Gers.
Cépages & Terroirs
A unique 100% Sauvignon duo from two complementary soils: limestone in the Bordeaux region and sand in the Gers.
